Has anyone actually had success with WhatsApp recovery on iPhone?

I’m really hoping someone here can share their experience. I recently lost a bunch of important WhatsApp messages and media after my iPhone glitched during an update. I tried restoring from iCloud, but it only brought back some of the older stuff. The most recent chats – the ones I actually need – are just gone.

I've seen a few tools and services online claiming to help with WhatsApp recovery, especially for iPhones, but I’m hesitant to trust them without hearing from real people. One service that caught my eye is Gbyte Recovery. They say they specialize in recovering lost iOS data, including WhatsApp chats, photos, and other app info. Has anyone used them before or had any luck recovering WhatsApp data after something like this?
