Happy anniversary, ACNH!

As a newbie in Animal Crossing, I've never experienced the green-ness of spring and only the snow (since, you know, I started out on Christmas Day...).

I love it! It's so nice to see spring coming up, even Isabelle and Tom Nook have changed clothes!

I’ve lurked here before, but never posted (that’s usually how it goes for me on these sites for a while), so I’m posting now.

Heyo! I’m Ania!

I’ve been into Animal Crossing since 2014. So…I’m not a super seasoned veteran, but I’m not a newbie, either. I always wanted to try out the series, but I didn’t really, REALLY have the urge to get one of the games until a friend on Miiverse posted hilarious New Leaf screenshots. So, I went ahead and got the GCN version and played around with that for a bit before getting New Leaf for my birthday. I fell in love with Animal Crossing then and there.

New Horizons really helped me to get out of a creative funk I was having. I used to love writing a lot, but I stopped doing so when depression sapped my energy to do many of the things that I loved. After getting New Horizons, I’ve had all kinds of creative ideas! Thanks to it, I’m writing again in the form of fanfics and text posts (and in-game comics when I get the motivation). It even encouraged me to post on this site’s sister site, Idol Story. I owe Animal Crossing a lot; it’s really helped me get through these hard times.

As of New Horizons, my favorite villager is Curlos! I have lots of faves, but I just really latched onto him. Now, I can’t imagine thinking of Animal Crossing without thinking of him. Last evening, I decided to try my hand at doing a cosplay of him! I’m really pleased with how it turned out.

I hope I can meet some cool peeps to chat about all things AC with!

Hey there! I'm new here here! My name is Tiffany and I've been playing AC since day one of New Leaf. I've been playing NH since it's release. Flurry & Lobo are my dreamies from my original town back in NL, and I'm so happy to have both on my island. I'm also over on SIT, when I'm not playing Animal Crossing, I'm busy with SIF, SIFAS, Mirishita & Deresute, or I'll just be drawing. I play too many mobage's, but it's a lot of fun. Good Morning, Everyone! Looks like today is going to be another perfect, tropical day!

Hello, everyone, this is LWentworth8567 also known as Lance, Mayor of GT Park (my file in New Leaf)... Until recently... You see, A few days ago someone named Hajime Hinata called my office and asked me to come to renovate an island he let Tom Nook Have. I couldn't resist getting some time out of the office so I immediately packed up to go to a more desolate version of Jabberwock Island... I think the others got sunk... as there's only 1 island instead of the six islands in the brochure... On my arrival, I immediately met Boone and Agnes and got to work on a new adventure of Animal Crossing: new Horizons.

Now that the island backstory is out of the way. You guys probably have seen me a little in Sukutomo & Idol Story... or on the internet... or somewhere else. I love to play Animal Crossing when it's time to wind down. My new Horizons island is based on Danganronpa 2's Location. Jabberwock. It's a long story on why but in short a short 2 words... In Joke.

You may notice I have a villager ally. She's the one working on the island's art. In her free time, Chloe will be popping on and making sure the art looks nice and change things as needed. She also uses a profile on New Leaf to QR code some designs when she can't sit down to modify them in person. She made the hopes peak flag and shirt I am wearing in the photo and is thinking about any revisions she wants to make to it.

We just got the island set up to have the upgraded resident services and I think it's a good time to start slowly rolling out the island! Visitors in the future can expect hopefully an Island 1 experience with what our plans are! Hopefully, we can get along?

i reset my town! i got tired of the layout and was super broke, so now i have peaches! and the villagers are Mira and Roald! not the best but they’re okay if anyone is willing to trade for mira let me know!
